Hotel reservations are on a first come- first serve basis and are available on a first come first serve basis until August 27, 2018 or until the hotel is sold out. In the case that the hotel sells out, an alternate hotel will be provided, however the rate may or may not be comparable. All rates are per room, per night, plus applicable taxes.
A credit card guarantee is required with each reservation request. Credit cards must be valid through your hotel check-in date (September 2018). Hotel reservations without a valid credit card will not be processed. All room reservations must be made using the above link, and are the responsibility of the guest reserving the room(s).
